Responsibilities
Job Title : Sales Administrative Coordinator
· Assist & support the sales team with administrative task such as billing, data entry & documentation
· Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely & accurate information flow
· Maintain effective communication in the sales team with external stake holders
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
· 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) & Billing Software.
· E-Invoice billing knowledge.
· Basic language of communication.
· Post-secondary diploma or equivalent or higher qualification.
· Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia.
