Mattech Manufacturing Hiring! Full Time OPERATION CLERK in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,800 - Ricebowl

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Preparation of sales quotation, sales orders accurately, work order for Production team and Delivery Order for daily shipment.
• Follow up closely from received order till out for delivery and to ensure proper filing of documents / records.
• Assist in processing orders and ensure timely delivery of products after submit to Production team to process the new order or replacement items.
• Address and resolve issues arising during daily operations.
• Cover admin duties during staff absences or leave.
• Coordinate with Logistic Department to ensure that orders are delivered according to customers’ requirements.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records in timely manner.
• To generate reports on the daily outgoing quotations and sales order listing to the management team.
• Response to customers enquiries, phone call, request and etc. Communicate important feedback from sales team & customers.
• Liaise with other departments for stock availability, material sourcing, order completion and payment matters.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Proven experience in manufacturing industries and in administrative positions will be considered a plus;
• Familiar with SQL Software is a MUST
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
