About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of company records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business correspondence.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities when required.
- Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities.
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
- Support internal coordination to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written & Spoken).
