Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment equipment (pumps, aeration systems, filtration units, etc.)
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor water quality parameters
• Record operational data and maintain proper logs
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Ensure treated water meets environmental standards (DOE compliance)
• Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the sewage treatment plant (STP) and wastewater systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in wastewater treatment, factory operations, or maintenance is an advantage
• Willing to learn and work in shift or outdoor industrial environment
• Possess a valid CePSTPO (Certified Environmental Professional in Sewerage Treatment Plant Operation) certification is required.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
