Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and coordination of postgraduate programmes (Master’s, PhD, DBA, and EdD), including proposal preparation, curriculum documentation, and programme performance monitoring.
- Support strategic partnerships with local and international universities, industry partners, and government agencies by coordinating meetings, maintaining collaboration records, and managing related documentation.
- Monitor student recruitment activities, track conversion performance, prepare recruitment reports, and coordinate programme information updates with the sales team.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support programme development, marketing initiatives, and postgraduate education trends.
- Ensure compliance with academic, regulatory, and institutional requirements by maintaining programme documentation, audit records, and student intake processes.
- Prepare management reports, maintain KPI dashboards, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support to the department.
- Provide operational and strategic support to the Business Development Manager, including project coordination, proposal preparation, stakeholder liaison, and follow-up on key initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
