Your responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct analysis on product, channel, corridor, and partner performance as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data quality and extract deeper insights.
- Perform trend analysis and provide insights on product performance, transaction flows, and user behavior.
- Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of slides for board meetings, internal reviews, and partner
- presentations.
- Research and monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide input and contribute ideas toward market strategy.
- Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in calculating revenue impact.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses on campaigns, fee adjustments, and other initiatives.
- Provide operational support for the Facilitated Remittance product.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new international partners, including due diligence, documentation, and liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Support internal/external audits and compliance reviews.
- Supporting marketing activities, and assisting with partner launches, etc.
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
- Degree in Management/ Finance/ Economics/ Statistics/ Business Management/ Business Studies.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset (must enjoy numbers, data).
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, stakeholder management (managing multiple partners).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prepare presentation materials for board meetings, management reviews, and projects.
- Result oriented and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
