Position Overview:

Accounts Payable (AP) Executive is responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment of bills, and maintaining vendor relationships. The AP Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment.
• Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies and vendor statements.
• Manage and maintain AP records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain approval for invoices.
• Prepare payment as per credit term.
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Maintain and update vendor information in the accounting system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
