IAM Support Engineer / IAM Administrator

We are looking for an IAM Support Engineer / IAM Administrator to support Identity and Access Management operations across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in user access management, IAM tools, and identity lifecycle processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for IAM platforms.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modification requests.
- Perform access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.
- Monitor IAM systems and escalate issues when required.
- Support user onboarding, role management, and password-related activities.
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security teams.
- Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IAM Support or IAM Administration.
- Experience with IAM tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD, or similar.
- Knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Access Management, and RBAC concepts.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a support and operations environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large Enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
Pay: RM2,244.66 - RM12,000.00 per month
