Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of internal software applications, automation tools, and AI-driven systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Systems Integration on system architecture, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Engage with management from various departments to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Analyze operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable and sustainable technology improvements.
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven solutions into company systems and workflows.
- Oversee software deployment, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and adherence to development best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
- Maintain proper technical documentation for systems, processes, and development work.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance company operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in software development, AI solutions, systems integration, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Python
- Linux environment
- Git version control
- Power BI
- Solid understanding of software architecture, system integration, and API development.
- Strong communication and management skills with demonstrated fluency in English and/or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Advantage Skills
- Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development tools.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Agentic AI technologies such as:
- APIs
- Databases
- Vector Embeddings
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience with cloud platforms, automation frameworks, or enterprise system integration. Familiarity with AI model deployment, orchestration,
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
