We are seeking a Temporary Procurement Analyst to join our team and support procurement operations during a maternity leave cover. This role offers valuable exposure to global business services and is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement: Manage the full cycle from requisition to purchase order creation on a daily basis.
• Policy compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Documentation management: Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Supplier management: Resolve quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers while securing favorable terms.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand and fulfill procurement needs.
• Process improvement: Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement workflows.
• Reporting & analysis: Prepare and present procurement reports, track key metrics, and provide insights.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Risk management: Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
• Invoice resolution: Support the Invoice-to-Pay team in resolving invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (Ariba, SAP).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management preferred; exposure to a global business services environment is an advantage.

Contract Details

• Position: Temporary Procurement Analyst
• Duration: Early July - End of October (3 months)
• Working Hours: Normal office hours, Monday – Friday
• Salary Range: MYR 3,000 – MYR 5000

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
