Role Overview

Responsible for executing surveying and setting out works for building construction, including PPVC and PBU modules, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and compliance with project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site surveying, setting out, and leveling works for building and precast (PPVC / PBU) installation.
• Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and grid lines for structural and modular works.
• Interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and precast detailing prior to execution.
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of PPVC and PBU modules during installation.
• Verify accuracy of survey data, measurements, and calculations on-site.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of surveying equipment.
• Adhere to safety requirements and identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.

Requirements

• Diploma in Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of surveying experience in building construction.
• Experience in at least one completed building project.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and precast/modular systems (PPVC / PBU).
• Hands-on experience with surveying equipment (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS).
• Able to work on-site and coordinate with project teams.
