Job Description

We are a fast-growing awning and construction company looking for a responsible, well-organized, and proactive Project Coordinator to manage projects from confirmation until completion. This role is critical to ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, site, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage awning & construction projects from start to completion
• Liaise closely with Sales, Drafter, Site Supervisor, and Operations teams
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and deadlines
• Arrange site visits, measurements, and installation schedules
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are ready on time
• Communicate with customers regarding project updates when required
• Prepare simple progress reports and documentation
• Ensure projects are completed according to company standards and timelines

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma & Degree or equivalent (Construction / Civil Engineering / Project Management is an advantage)
• Experience in construction, awning, or renovation projects is preferred
• Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Willing to travel to project sites when required
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)

• Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (based on experience)
