Job Description
We are a fast-growing awning and construction company looking for a responsible, well-organized, and proactive Project Coordinator to manage projects from confirmation until completion. This role is critical to ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, site, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage awning & construction projects from start to completion
- Liaise closely with Sales, Drafter, Site Supervisor, and Operations teams
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and deadlines
- Arrange site visits, measurements, and installation schedules
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are ready on time
- Communicate with customers regarding project updates when required
- Prepare simple progress reports and documentation
- Ensure projects are completed according to company standards and timelines
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma & Degree or equivalent (Construction / Civil Engineering / Project Management is an advantage)
- Experience in construction, awning, or renovation projects is preferred
- Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to travel to project sites when required
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (based on experience)
