ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to support design and planning.
• Manage documentation and organize paperwork, including sorting emails for the production team.
• Write reports detailing design progress, results, and recommendations, and present them to the manager and management.
• Proficiently use MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create reports and presentations.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the design and production process.
• Recommend and amend drawings based on design analysis and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil), or a related field.
• Required skill(s): Proficiency in Tekla.
• Preferred experience with precast structure drawings, software modeling, design calculations, tender estimation, mold planning, concrete, and material testing.
• Ability to recommend amendments and improvements to drawings.
• Must be familiar with precast products and their design considerations.
