Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage season parking customer accounts and maintain an accurate current customer database
  • Handle data entry and administration of season parking database on a daily basis including proper filing and documentation work
  • Effectively communicate with season parking customers via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding amounts & ensure payments are prompt
  • Provide excellent service and support to all enquiringly customers
  • Ensuring customer emails are replied promptly with high level of professionalism

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Neat, systematic and meticulous
  • Able to work as a team
  • Able to think on your feet and work independently under pressure
  • Adherence to standard operating guidelines with minimal supervision
  • Computer literate with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Administration
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
