Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports for the group of companies.

· Ensure timely submission of reports to the management.

· Recognising revenue as per the percentage of completion for the ongoing project on monthly basis.

· Perform regular GL Reconciliation and submit the report to the management on monthly basis.

· Companies involved: MESB, ATSB, ASEA Tech, Asea Ace, Capt. Media, Abi Resources, VMC, ME Ventures, Sinar Ventures, PGZ Group and LM Corma. This list is subject to the change as per the discretion of management.

Month-End Closing Process

· Perform general ledger closing activities, including running financial reports, verifying journal entries, and posting final adjustments.

· Performing all the steps involved in month-end closing including but not limited to running of Depreciation, Forex, verification of the bank accounts, loans etc.

· Finalize and close the fiscal period, lock periods, and generate necessary reports for record-keeping.

· Conduct monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Follow the internal compliance and approval process for authorising any adjustment Journal Entry to the system.

Audit Preparation & Coordination

· Ensure management reports are submitted to auditors in a timely manner.

· Prepare and maintain audit schedules during audit periods.

· Serve as a point of contact and coordinate with external auditors until the audit report is finalized.

Process Improvement

· Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Others

· Be responsible for Audit confirmation to the vendors and clients of the group companies stated above.

· Any other task that may be assigned from time to time as per the sole discretion of the management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
