Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Event Planner at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Event Planner will design, plan, and execute virtual and in-person events such as product launches, webinars, partner meetings, and community engagements that align with the company’s mission and brand. Daily responsibilities include coordinating event concepts, timelines, and logistics; sourcing and liaising with vendors, venues, and speakers; and managing budgets, contracts, and event-related documentation. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to define event objectives, messaging, and promotional strategies, as well as overseeing registration, attendee communication, and post-event surveys. The Event Planner will track event performance, compile reports, and provide recommendations to improve future events while maintaining a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
