Role: Technical Program Manager

Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in patch testing and release validation cycles across enterprise applications and systems.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end coordination of patch testing efforts, ensuring timely, high-quality deployment of patches with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end patch testing cycles across multiple applications and systems

Define and implement patch testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices

Coordinate with application teams, QA, infrastructure, and security teams for test execution and validation

Ensure all patches are tested for functionality, regression, performance, and security compliance

Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business stakeholders

Act as the central point of contact for patch rollout planning and execution

Provide status updates, risk assessments, and executive reporting

Develop and maintain patch calendars, testing schedules, and release timelines

Manage dependencies across systems and ensure alignment with change management processes

Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to patch deployment and testing

Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution during testing cycles

Ensure rollback and contingency plans are in place

Drive continuous improvement in test automation, regression coverage, and release efficiency

Introduce tools and frameworks to improve patch validation speed and quality

Ensure adherence to ITIL / change management processes
