Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara for Assistant Manager, Human Resources. This role will be responsible for managing Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations matters including payroll, personnel and benefits administration, periodic salary benchmarking exercises, annual compensation reviews, IR matters and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role will also work closely with various departments to provide HR support and contribute to the company’s growth and development.
