Roles Responsibility

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.

* Present technical solutions that meet client requirements.

* Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and project requirements.

* Prepare proposal, enquiry and submit quotations to customers.

* Deliver product demonstrations,trial and presentations.

* Provide basic technical support and guidance before and after sales.

* Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.

* Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

* Contribute to sales forecasting and business planning.

* Gather and provide market intelligence and customer feedback.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand customer requirements and propose suitable industrial solutions.
  • Proficiency in Sales Service to manage the full sales cycle and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and the ability to explain technical information.
  • Diploma or degree in mechatronic engineering, mechanical, industrial technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in industrial supplies, manufacturing, or engineering environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Comfort with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) for quotations, reporting, and customer tracking.
