Store Manager – Luxury Fashion Boutique
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in luxury retail to lead a high-end boutique. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation and operations.
Mandatory Requirement
- Proven experience in luxury retail is required
- Background in luxury fashion
- Candidates without relevant luxury experience will not be considered
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Performance
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a daily, monthly, and annual basis
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators including conversion rate, average transaction value, and units per transaction
- Analyze sales data and implement action plans to improve performance
- Identify opportunities to expand and develop the client base
Client Experience and Clienteling
- Deliver a high level of personalized service consistent with luxury standards
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Drive clienteling activities including appointments, follow-ups, and outreach
- Organize and support private shopping events and in-store activations
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Provide regular coaching and performance feedback
- Foster a culture aligned with luxury service standards and brand values
- Set clear objectives and manage team performance effectively
Operations and Visual Merchandising
- Ensure store presentation meets brand standards at all times
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention
- Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company procedures
- Manage staff scheduling and daily store operations
Brand Representation
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold brand image at all times
- Ensure team grooming and behavior meet luxury expectations
- Support brand initiatives, product launches, and marketing activities
- Build relationships within the local luxury retail environment
Key Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of retail experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in luxury retail
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs
- Experience working with high-net-worth and VIP clients
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
