Job Description:

Accounts Payable & Payments

• Match supplier and contractor invoices with monthly statements.
• Request DN/CN for discrepancies.
• Process online payments and prepare payment vouchers.
• Reconcile payments with invoices payable.

Payroll & Staff Costs

• Key in monthly salaries for all outlets.
• Record EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.

Outlet Expenses & Accounting

• Process monthly petty cash claims and reconcile with sales/expenses.
• Record monthly depreciation entries.

Documentation & Filing

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment vouchers, payroll records, and other accounting documents.

• Diploma or LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounting entries, and reconciliation.
• Familiar with statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using accounting software; ERP system knowledge is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate financial records.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start within short notice or one (1) month notice period.
