Your new role

• As a Lead IT Infrastructure, you will play a key role in defining and driving long-term infrastructure strategies aligned with business growth and technological advancement.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and guiding transformation initiatives.
• You will be responsible for assessing existing infrastructure environments, identifying optimisation opportunities across data centres, networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
  
• You will develop and implement multi-year infrastructure roadmaps, support cloud and hybrid transformation strategies, and ensure scalability and cost efficiency.
  
• In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, cybersecurity, finance, and business leaders to deliver integrated, compliant, and future-ready infrastructure solutions.
  
• The role also involves evaluating vendors and technologies, building strong business cases (ROI, TCO), and proactively managing risks while keeping up to date with regulatory and industry developments.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 8 years in an IT Infrastructure strategy, architecture, or transformation role
• Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure modernisation or transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), hybrid infrastructure, enterprise networking, and data centre technologies
• Solid analytical and financial modelling skills, with experience building business cases and cost optimisation strategies
• Familiarity with industry frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, or ITIL
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leadership
• A proactive, strategic mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and a collaborative approach
