Key responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain the full set accounts ( closing for GL, AR, AP )
2. Prepare and submit Monthly Balance Sheet Analysis
3. Prepare Fixed Asset Register and maintain depreciation report.
4. Support the month-end and year-end finance dept closing process
5. Assist and support in yearly audit process.
6. Submission of monthly tax installment to IRB
7. Process monthly overseas statement of accounts reconciliation, dealing with banker's for overseas payment supporting documents
8. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records
9. Ensuring compliance with established accounting policies and procedures
10. Providing support to management with financial data and analysis as required

What we're looking for

1. Minimum LCCI Certification, fresh graduate are encourage to apply
2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and practices relevant to financial accounting and reporting
4. Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
5. Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
6. Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
7. Professional integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
8. Experience in a logistics, transportation, or similar operational environment is preferred
