Job Description
Responsibilities
- Procure material and per SAP /MRP system to support customer demand.
- Expedite material to fulfill production requirement, customer upsides, NPIs and transaction.
- Maintain good partnership with supplier to ensure flawless support.
- Optimize inventory order through the most effective solutions (eg: shipping mode, consolidation & etc)
- Participate is escalation to next level manager to resolve critical shortages when need
- Minimize inventory while maintaining adequate material level to meet production plans
- Managing Excess & Obsolete material per customer contract and SOP
- Ensure control in place to meet inventory goal and flexibility required by customer
- Responsible for cost-effective delivery of raw material for production.
- Responsible to liaise and work closely with supplier for quality improvement and on-time delivery of raw material.
