Job Summary:

The Business Development Operations Executive (Enterprise) will be responsible for managing and improving the operational aspects of business development scope from initiation to completion. The incumbent will have a proven track record to successfully enhance business growth, streamline processes and ensure smooth execution of business development strategies. Incumbent will focus on analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the team with data-driven insights to achieve revenue goals and maximize efficiency.

Key Accountability:

• Streamline business development processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness in generating leads and closing deals.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and market opportunities to provide actionable insights that help drive business development strategies.
• Collect, analyze and report on business development metrics, helping to track performance and identify areas for improvement..
• Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies aimed at increasing revenue, expanding market presence and fostering client relationships.
• Lead or assist in key projects that support business development goals, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Provide operational support to the sales team, such as preparing presentations, sales reports, proposals and other necessary materials to close deals effectively.
