Responsibilities

We're Hiring: Accounting Assistant (Credit Control)

Full-Time | Onsite | Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:

• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances

• Follow up on overdue payments via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections

• Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and collection updates

• Work closely with the sales team to resolve payment-related issues

• Assist in credit assessments and customer account reviews

• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies

• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records

• Assist with accounts receivable functions and monthly closing activities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

• Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements when required


Who We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Candidates with experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable are an added advantage

• Confident in communicating with customers and following up on payments

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
