About the Role

The MSP Specialist is a critical role essential to the success of Randstad Enterprise. We are currently entering an exciting, fast-paced implementation phase for a major workforce transformation, into a modern MSP model across APAC.

With a program go-live targeted for August 2026, we are looking for an agile professional who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys real-world problem-solving, and is passionate about providing high-touch support to external vendors navigating a brand-new process.

Main Accountabilities

As our MSP Specialist, you will manage core transactional work throughout the employee and contingent worker lifecycle, with a heavy emphasis on vendor enablement and change management:

• Vendor Support & Change Enablement: Guide external vendor partners through a brand-new compliance ecosystem, navigating 'unknowns' alongside them and validating their submissions in real time.
• Invoice Auditing: Audit and restructure complex vendor submissions to ensure they map accurately to compliance, and payroll.
• VMS & Data Management: Perform concentrated data entry and employee data management within the Vendor Management System (SAP Fieldglass) to ensure flawless system integrity and data accuracy.
• Diverse Contingent Workforce Management: Oversee and track multiple worker categories.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process optimization opportunities to smoothly transition the program from implementation to steady-state.
• SLA & Reporting: Ensure client and contractor queries are responded to according to Service Level Agreements, and collate information for scheduled statutory and compliance reporting needs.

Experience & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, MSP, or workforce operations.
• Technical Competency: Strong working confidence operating within SAP Fieldglass or a comparable VMS platform.
• Analytical Eye: Exceptional attention to detail; equally skilled at spotting what is missing from an invoice or compliance trail as reviewing what is present.
• Comfort with Ambiguity: Confident navigating a live implementation environment where processes are still being established and situations are often without precedent.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact, diplomacy, and strong stakeholder management.
