Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Recruitment Exercise (Manpower Requisition, Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interview, Salary Recommendation, Job Offer and etc.)
  • Prepare staff to come on board (Signing of Employment Contract)
  • Work Pass Administration (Application, Renewal, Replacement and Cancellation)
  • Arrange pre-employment medical examination
  • Create and maintain employee records (Open P-Files and input particulars to SAP System)
  • Employer branding (Career Fair & Scholarship/Sponsorship Programme with SgIS)

Performance Management

  • Employee Confirmation / Extension / Resignation
  • Performance Appraisal Exercise
  • Disciplinary and Grievance handling
  • Employee Exit Interview and Clearance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full spectrum of payroll processing and statutory submissions
  • To handle Time Management System and verifying total number of hours and overtime that employees have worked
  • Processing medical claims (if any)
  • To handle Leave Administration matters
  • To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Learning & Development

  • Manage end-to-end training course administration, including course registration, stakeholder coordination, certificate collection, and payment processing
  • Oversee training bond agreements by preparing and issuing Training Bond Letters when applicable
  • Ensure the completion and submission of the Training Effectiveness Review form to assess learning impact
  • Handle the timely registration and renewal of mandatory courses and trade certifications
  • Track and monitor employees’ training hours to maintain a competent and multi-skilled workforce
  • Support the annual training needs analysis in alignment with the performance appraisal process

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma level or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude
  • Experience in Construction field is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduare are welcome to apply
