About the role

As a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the mechanical and electrical systems for our construction projects across Singapore. This full-time position will see you working onsite, ensuring the seamless integration and efficient operation of all mechanical and electrical components throughout the construction process.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of work
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to track project milestones and compliance
• Collaborate with the project management team to identify and resolve any design or construction challenges
• Ensure all work adheres to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing mechanical and electrical systems installations on construction sites
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management, design, and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
