Job Description & Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without performance degradation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with multiple enterprise-level systems, tools, and platforms; training will be minimal.
• Ability to independently solve complex drawing problems with limited supervision and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact, supported by data, metrics, or references.
• High-performance culture: candidates should be comfortable receiving direct feedback, operating in a fast-paced environment, and consistently exceeding expectations.
• Any ad-hoc modelling tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction / MEP or equivalent.
• Availability to work outside standard business hours, including weekends and public holidays, when business needs require.
