• Managed full IT project lifecycle delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and business objectives.

• Engaged and coordinated key stakeholders across internal teams, vendors, and steering committees to drive project execution and alignment.

• Conducted solution assessment and fit-gap analysis to ensure selected systems and vendors met business and technical requirements.

• Oversaw project governance, including risk and issue management, change control, reporting, vendor SLA compliance, and adherence to IT policies and audit standards

Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, with PMP / CITPM / CSM certification preferred.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management, digital services, or healthcare-related roles.

• ITIL and project management certification/experience is an advantage
