Job Summary

You will lead quality assurance activities to ensure product compliance and customer satisfaction in the sheet metal fabrication industry. Drive inspection processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify part dimensions and prepare detailed First Article Inspection (FAI) reports to ensure product accuracy
• Analyze quality assurance metrics to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Inspect welding processes to confirm compliance with quality standards and safety requirements
• Resolve quality-related issues by communicating effectively with customers and suppliers
• Coordinate quality assurance activities by liaising with customers’ and suppliers’ quality teams to address concerns promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certification as a welding inspector is an advantage but not mandatory
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in quality inspection within the sheet metal fabrication industry
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage cross-functionally and with external partners
