Job Description

Responsibilities

  • User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify pain points and user needs.
  • Information Architecture: Develop user personas, journey maps, sitemaps, and interaction flows to structure product logic.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Build low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Visual Design: Design engaging user interfaces, establishing color palettes, typography, and component libraries that align with brand identity.
  • Collaboration: Translate business requirements into design solutions and work alongside developers to ensure design integrity
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in modern design and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Core Principles: Strong understanding of the pillars of UX design, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, problem-solving, and interface execution.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy, critical thinking, and communication skills to advocate for the user and articulate design decisions.
