Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in semiconductor facilities, industrial utilities, or cleanroom environments? Join a growing engineering organization and play a key role in delivering large-scale semiconductor construction and utility hook-up projects from planning through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage semiconductor utility and hook-up projects from project initiation to final handover.

• Oversee the installation and integration of Process Cooling Water (PCW), Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), Wastewater, Mechanical Piping, and related utility systems.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and overall project execution plans.

• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.

• Monitor site activities, construction progress, productivity, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage procurement activities, technical submissions, project documentation, variation orders, and contract administration.

• Supervise testing, commissioning, validation, and handover processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with quality standards, cleanroom requirements, safety regulations, and company procedures.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
