• Review and study M&E drawings and coordinate relevant trade works with the Consultants and Sub-Con to resolve any technical or site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are complied to specifications and drawings.
• Update Project Manager on site problems
• Supervise and monitor the work progress on site.
• To arrange and attend inspection or meeting with clients or contractors
• Coordinate with Sub-con and ensure work are carried out and complete on schedule.
• Experience in HDB residential projects
• Familiar with Singapore building construction environment
• Comfortable with 6 days/week
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognised institutions.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HDB or private residential projects.
