Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all HR functions that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and workforce effectiveness. This role manages key human resource activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and HR policy implementation.

The position involves developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-quality talent. The HR Manager works closely with leadership teams to build a strong organizational culture and support long-term workforce planning.

A key responsibility includes managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluation and employee development. The role ensures hiring processes are efficient, fair, and aligned with organizational needs.
