Role Description The Event Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing virtual and in-person events that support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s brand, community, and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts and timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and managing event logistics from initial planning through post-event follow-up. The Event Officer will handle vendor coordination, registrations, venue or platform booking, technical setup for virtual events, and on-the-day execution to ensure smooth operations. This role also includes monitoring budgets, tracking event performance, preparing post-event reports, and recommending improvements for future events. The Event Officer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align events with strategic goals and deliver engaging experiences for participants.
