Lakeside Family Services Hiring! Full Time Part-Time Programme Executive (Seniors) in - Ricebowl

The Programme Executive will be responsible for developing and coordinating programmes, engaging seniors through meaningful activities, and managing volunteers who support the centre's initiatives. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, programme coordination abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and conduct of programmes and activities for seniors in English and Mandarin.
• Engage seniors during programmes and provide basic social and emotional support.
• Conduct home visits and outreach activities when required.
• Assist in the administration of programme evaluations and surveys.
• Support the recruitment, coordination, and engagement of volunteers.
• Maintain accurate records of seniors' and volunteers' participation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support programme operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work, Community Development, Social Sciences, or related disciplines. Candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Preferably with experience in programme planning, volunteer management, community work, or senior services.
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage seniors and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passionate about serving seniors and contributing to community development.
