ATW Technology Hiring! Full Time Site Engineer in Selangor - Ricebowl

1. Perform commissioning, maintenance, and repair of non-standard automation equipment used in the photovoltaic industry.
2. Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues on-site; provide timely feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Support equipment integration, including offline/online setup, system optimization, upgrades, and retrofits.
4. Deliver technical training to customer personnel to ensure independent operation and basic maintenance capability.
5. Ensure equipment meets all technical specifications and support the successful completion of customer acceptance processes.
6. Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service (long-term business trips required).
2. Bachelor Degree or higher in Automation or related field.
3. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with non-standard automation equipment (excluding operational or basic wiring roles).
4. Proven leadership or team management experience is a strong advantage.
5. Proficiency in English and knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Omron) is preferred.
