Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Document Management
Maintain and update production-related documents, including but not limited to, production schedules, work orders, quality control reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all documents are correctly labeled, filed, and stored in both physical and electronic formats.
2. Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure all production documents comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Regularly review and audit documents for accuracy and completeness.
Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure high standards of quality and compliance.
3. Coordination and Communication
Collaborate with production teams to gather, update, and distribute necessary documents.
Serve as the point of contact for document-related inquiries and issues. Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and best practices.
4. Records Management
Ensure all company documents, including technical records, drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence, are accurately filed, updated, and archived in both physical and electronic formats. Implement and maintain a structured document control system that ensures version control, traceability, and timely retrieval of records.
Qualification
s-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
.-Experience with minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
.-Proficient in document management system
s-Strong organizational and time-management skills
.-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
.-Good communication and interpersonal skills
