Be part of our Central Kitchen team and play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment behind every product we serve. This role is essential in supporting daily kitchen operations and upholding our hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform washing of pots, pans, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment using manual and machine methods
Sort and organise equipment for efficient cleaning and proper storage
Ensure all cleaned items are properly dried and neatly stacked
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and ensure dishwasher hygiene (including water changes and chemical usage)
Dispose of waste and manage trash areas regularly
Uphold cleanliness of kitchen premises (sweeping, mopping, and general housekeeping)
Clean and maintain staff facilities, including toilets
Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are consistently met
Adhere to kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines at all times
Support basic food preparation when required
Carry out any other duties assigned by the team
Job Requirements
Minimum PSLE / NITEC or equivalent
No experience welcome; training will be provided
Prior experience in kitchen cleaning or food preparation is an advantage
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and positive attitude
Comfortable to work in a central kitchen environment.
Able to work on weekends, rotating shift & public holiday
