Responsibilities

Assist engineers in executing all test-related tasks for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects, ensuring smooth project delivery and adherence to test requirements
Perform product testing, diagnose test failures, and collaborate closely with process and test engineers to drive continuous yield and performance improvements.
Ensure work processes comply with relevant ISO standards and actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
Update and maintain accurate test tracking records to support analysis and reporting.
Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions to reflect the latest test processes and best practices.
Ensuring knowledge pass down for Material Handlers and other relevant personnel based on updated Work Instructions.

Requirements

Nitec & Diploma qualification in engineering with at least 1-3 years of working experience in testing and debug environment
Good team player
Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
Good understanding on server, reading test scripts, and test methods/concepts
Ability to work with Peers, engineers, and superiors
Able to multi-task & work under pressure
Comfortable to perform shift work



Working location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Working hours: 12 hours permanent shift (either 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am)
