Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Maintenance
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all M&E systems, including electrical (UPS, power distribution, SLD, load bank testing), mechanical (CRAC, WDS, AHU), and fire protection systems (FM200, alarms).
• Troubleshoot faults, conduct root cause analysis, and carry out equipment servicing, repairs, and brazing tasks as required.
• Conduct system health checks, technical inspections, and participate in Testing & Commissioning activities (SAT, IST, UAT, ABS).
• Ensure all work complies with engineering standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
Technical Expertise, Planning & Support
• Develop and implement lifecycle parts replacement programmes and recommend technical solutions or capacity upgrades (e.g., UPS sizing, electrical capacity evaluation).
• Generate accurate field service reports (FSR) and maintain operational records using the D365 Field Service App for job tracking, reporting, and attendance.
• Support project activities and emergency response operations, including standby duties and after-hours recovery support.
• Read and interpret M&E drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documents to support operational planning and troubleshooting.
Vendor and Team Collaboration
• Work independently and collaboratively within the technical service team to meet service and performance objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new engineers, sharing operational knowledge and best practices.
• Communicate site issues, faults, and non-compliance promptly to supervisors or the Service Manager.
• Any other duties assigned by Manager.
