Understand and Maintain critical Operational Procedure Guide (OPG) standards
Ensures that the store is clean and presentable at all times during the shift
Understands the Station Guides for each work area and adheres to prescribed standards
Always uses procedures as detailed in the Station Operating Procedure (SOP) guide to make products
Performs all tasks using correct procedures as detailed in Station Guides/Operations Manual/approved checklists
Only uses the best raw ingredients and reports any problems to the Store Manager/Area Manager
Ensures stock levels and quantities of prepared ingredients (e.g., fruits / vegetables) are sufficient for the shift and raises any irresolvable issues to the Store Manager / Area Manager
Strives to deliver the best product within the critical wait time as per Station Guides
Maintains excellent food safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards in line with Operations Manual and legislation
Takes every opportunity to improve store operations and OPG Standards
Encourages the “Boost Vibe” and a fun atmosphere with all Team Members while maintaining work standards, efficiency and effectiveness
Ensures all messages from the Store Manager/Area Manager/Operations Manager are accurately communicated to all Team Members
Promotes the fun, friendly and outgoing work environment in the store and ensures top quality customer service is being given by all Team Members to all customers
Responsible for driving sales in store by ensuring Team Members are always present at front of house, focus on customers and upsell to customers
Reports any possible or actual problems to Store Manager / Area Manager
Maintains and adheres to all security procedures and policies
Adheres to Cash Control Policy and is responsible for contents of cash drawer (if assigned) during shift
