Job Summary

Perform production and assembly tasks in aerospace manufacturing, ensuring product quality through precise operation of machinery, quality checks, and adherence to safety and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks by following detailed work instructions and SOPs to meet quality standards
• Operate machinery and handle materials carefully to maintain product integrity and quality
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support efficient production and safety compliance
• Record materials and stock accurately to support inventory management and production tracking
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues
• Proactively seek clarification and report problems promptly to reduce errors and improve workflow
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or precision engineering is an advantage
• Ability to use simple measurement tools and assembly jigs (training provided)
• Good eyesight and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and write simple English
• Reliable, responsible, and a good team player
• Willingness to learn and proactive in clarifying doubts

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Secondary School education (N/O Levels) or equivalent
