Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities
• Customer relationship management
• Maintain up-to-date billing system & Customer details
• Daily administrative duties (Generating quotation, invoice and reports relating to sales)
• Filing, sorting documents & help out in ad-hoc office job whenever necessary
• Assist in tender submission, gathering required details and documentations
• Sales duties such as pre/post sales meeting, cold-calling and working closely with project team to deliver closed deals.
• Prepare/arrange demo hardware/software for client demonstration

Requirements

• Minimum degree in business administration
• Experience in sales related field for at least 2 years
• Prior experience in retail technology solutions such as POS systems, payment terminals, kiosk solutions, or related software/hardware solutions etc. will be highly advantageous.
• Candidates with experience engaging retail, F&B, healthcare, or hospitality customers are preferred.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Prior experience in POS, Payment, Checkout will be preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage post-sales enquiry
• Pleasant, positive and willing to learn
• Outspoken and confidence in speaking to clients via remotely or physically
