Job Summary

Manage daily accounting functions and support financial operations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance in a beauty and wellness company.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and post journal entries and process payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Perform account reconciliations and track expenses to verify accuracy and control costs
• Submit quarterly GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage debtor and creditor accounts to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships
• Support audit preparation by organizing financial documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
• Communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking customers to resolve accounting-related queries
• Assist with administrative and finance-related tasks to support overall department efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• GCE ‘O’ Level and LCCI in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Navision or Odoo accounting software
