About the job
We are seeking for a Sales Engineer Executive to prepare sales quotations maintain customer relationships, manage technical customer inquiries, deliver sales target achievement and strive to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prepare sales quotations, process orders, and provide after-sales support.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding technical specifications, product quality, and delivery timelines.
• Assist in business development activities by conducting presentations, visiting customers, and carrying out proactive follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• Carry out all necessary sales activities to meet assigned sales targets within the Singapore market.
Job Requirements:
• Certified in an Engineering discipline (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical or related)
• Knowledge of Pneumatics, Industrial Electrical Interfaces, Control Systems, Robotics, PLCs, or Servo Drive Systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
