Job Summary

Provide essential support to dentists by assisting during procedures, preparing instruments, maintaining treatment areas, and supporting patient administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments to ensure efficient patient care
• Prepare and sterilise dental instruments following strict infection control protocols to maintain safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of treatment rooms to support smooth clinical operations
• Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and perform administrative duties as needed to enhance patient experience
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Work on alternate weekends as required to support clinic scheduling needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in dental assisting to contribute to effective clinical support
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment to maintain team morale and productivity
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to multitask to meet clinic demands
