Job Summary

Perform cashiering and front desk duties accurately while delivering courteous customer service and maintaining a clean, organized work area in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cashiering tasks by handling cash, card, and digital payments accurately to ensure smooth transactions
• Reconcile cash register and transaction records at the end of each shift to maintain financial accuracy
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service at the front counter to enhance customer experience
• Support general administrative and front desk duties as assigned to assist daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and work area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Secondary education
• Relevant cashiering or customer service experience
• Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate transaction handling
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
